GOOGLE AUTHORIZATION: READ ONLY
Privacy and Google API data
This policy explains how Trigenys SEO Monitor uses authorized Google Search Console information and which controls you have.
Information received from Google APIs is used only for the SEO purposes described here. We do not use this data for targeted advertising or to train general-purpose AI models.
Service operator
Trigenys SEO Monitor is a software project operated under the Trigenys Group name in Cameroon. The SEO monitoring service is currently being brought into operation.
For questions about the processing of data, use the support contact below. We do not claim that Trigenys Group has already completed a particular legal incorporation.
Purpose of processing
The service observes search performance, sitemap status and selected URL inspections to help site owners understand meaningful changes.
Reports, alerts and historical comparisons are generated from this information to support authorized site operations.
Google OAuth permission
Google explicitly asks for your consent before this monitor reads the Search Console properties your Google account can already access.
The sole requested permission is https://www.googleapis.com/auth/webmasters.readonly. It does not authorize changes to sites, sitemaps or property settings.
Types of data accessed
The monitor may read verified property names, search metrics (clicks, impressions, CTR, positions, pages and queries), sitemap information and selected inspected URL indexing state.
We do not obtain your Gmail inbox or Google password. A Search Console authorization does not guarantee that all reports or data exist for every property.
Storage and service providers
The collector is configured to keep timestamped snapshots in PostgreSQL hosted by Neon. GitHub Actions runs scheduled jobs; OAuth credentials and database connection details are intended to reside in GitHub Actions secrets.
The public product site is planned for Cloudflare Pages. Technical providers may process operational data required for their respective services. We claim no unverified external certification.
Retention and deletion
The current version has no automatic deletion period configured for historical snapshots. Data may therefore remain stored until manually removed or the configuration is updated.
You can request deletion or limitations through the support contact. Any automatic retention policy will be described here before it is activated.
Revoking Google access
You can remove the app authorization at https://myaccount.google.com/connections ↗ by selecting Trigenys SEO Monitor.
Revocation prevents future reads using that authorization. It does not automatically remove already recorded snapshots; contact us to request their deletion.
Public competitor data
Competitor comparisons use only publicly accessible pages, metadata and other public signals. We do not read competitors' private Search Console accounts or claim access to private traffic data.
Public observations are identified separately from Google Search Console data collected with authorization.
Security and data sharing
The service is designed for read-only access, restricted credentials and secrets stored outside the repository. Internal monitoring records are not made public through this showcase.
The data is not sold or used for targeted advertising. Technical providers may access information necessary for their hosting and execution functions.
Your rights and contact
You may ask about processing, access stored information, request correction where applicable and seek deletion, subject to relevant legal obligations.
Support contact: lawrynnjennifer@gmail.com. Do not send passwords or OAuth tokens by email.
